ITBP Recruitment 2014 Constable / Head Constable – Applications are invited from Indian citizens (Male & Female), for filling up of following posts on temporary basis likely to be permanent in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force. The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by ITBPF Act and Rules.

1. Head Constable (Master)

No. of Posts : 06 Posts {UR – 03 ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 01}

Pay scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

2. Head Constable (Work Shop) – 01 Post UR

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

3. Head Constable (Engine Driver)

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

No. of Posts : 06 Posts {UR – 03 ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 01}

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

4. Constable (Workshop)

No. of Posts : 04 Posts {UR – 02 ; OBC – 01 ; SC – 01}

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-

5. Constable (Crew)

No. of Posts : 37 Poss {UR – 18 ; OBC – 10 ; SC – 06 ; ST – 03}

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-

Other benefits : The post will carry Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, Washing Allowance as admissible from time to time, Special Compensatory Allowance while posted in specified border areas, free uniform, free accommodation or HRA, Transport Allowance, Free leave pass and any other allowances as admissible in the Force from time to time under the rules/instructions. These posts will be covered under new Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme.
