A huge cache of explosives and Naxal-related material were recovered during a special search operation in Odisha's Nabarangpur District, BSF sources said here today.
According to the sources, the Naxal material was seized by jawans of 77 battalion of BSF and Odisha police yesterday in the forest in Jharigaon reserve forests near Gaurjhariya village under Chandahandi police station.
Security Forces have recovered two SBML Guns, 41 electric detonator, 500 gms nails, a 3 litre steel cane, 30kg ammonium nitrate, 1.5 kg charcoal, flexible wires, 250 gms sulphur and 100 gms potassium permanganate during the operation.
